Deepen Your Connections

Your Gift Brings You Closer

You want to leave money to MANNA FoodBank in your will. You also want the flexibility to change your will in the event that life circumstances change. You can do both.

In as little as one sentence, you can complete your gift. This type of donation to MANNA in your will or living trust, helps ensure that we continue our mission for years to come.

Aldamea Martin shares her Ultimate Gift

Aldamae Martin lived a lifetime of adventure, retired to Asheville and spent her final years living modestly at Highland Farms. She made her first gift to MANNA in 2001 and her last in 2013. In her lifetime she made 23 different gift to MANNA FoodBank providing enough food for 14,070 meals. Her gifts helped put food on the tables of people in need during some of the toughest economic times most of us have ever lived through – but her bequest astounded us all and will impact lives far into the future. The board recently voted to release her bequest from operating reserves to close the remaining funding gap in the Space to Erase Hunger Building project. Because of her we are able to fund the campaign and put our work of providing food for families in need at the forefront of our worries and concerns.
